"Bargain for what you get"

Shopping around I couldn’t find anything like this for a good price, so was really happy to find this service. Adam and Dr Kati are very knowledgeable and I feel much more confident in being able to help my children through the difficult teenage years. I know this is going to help so many other parents and teenagers, so if you can afford it, do it!

What Mental Health Professionals Think...

"I'm genuinely pleased this resource exists."

As a psychotherapist, I'm delighted to recommend this digital learning tool for parents of teenagers. In an era where parents are often overwhelmed by the sheer volume of online advice, much of it conflicting or unreliable, this resource is trusted and of high quality... It fills an important gap for parents who want evidence-based guidance they can trust.

"Gives practical tools and confidence"

This course approaches a really tough topic with empathy and clarity. It gives practical tools and confidence to spot when something might be wrong and to have supportive conversations. I’d highly recommend it to any parent or carer wanting to feel more equipped to help young people who are struggling.

This course offers real, down-to-earth support for parents. The content is high quality, practical, and easy to apply in daily family life. Parents leave with useful tools, more confidence, and a better understanding of their children’s emotions and behaviour. It’s a brilliant resource for any parent wanting to feel more connected and capable.

  • How to talk with your teen about their mental health in a way that builds trust and safety - so they feel understood, not judged or guilty
  • How to nurture a sense of emotional safety at home, so your teen feels confident opening up to you about their mental health and struggles
  • How to notice the quiet, easily missed signals that your teen’s mental health may be declining, and feel confident knowing how to help before it becomes a crisis
  • How to find the balance to keep yourself steady during emotional conversations - so you can be the safe and calming presence they need
  • How to respond calmly and decisively when your teen is in mental health crisis, giving them comfort and guidance when it matters most
  • Understand your teen's changing biology and psychology and why this stage of your teen’s development can leave them more exposed to mental health struggles
  • Exactly where to look and who to trust when seeking help for your teen’s mental health - even if you’re unsure where to start or what’s available
