Refunds and Cancellation Policy

a. No Refunds Once Access is Granted

By purchasing our online courses, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the course content and waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

b. When Refunds May Be Considered

We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted, except in the following situations:

  • If you have not accessed any course materials and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • If the course is faulty or does not work as described, in which case we will provide a replacement or refund as required by law.
  • If you qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section c).

c. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You have fulfilled all criteria set out in the below “how to request a refund under this guarantee” section within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund Under This Guarantee:

  1. Email us at hello@learnmind.co.uk with the subject line: "Refund Request".
  2. We will send you a Refund Request Form within 24 hours of your email to complete.
  3. You must return the course workbook to "Learnmind, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA” and remember to take a picture of your proof of postage receipt. 
  4. You must return the fully completed form alongside proof of postage/return receipt of the course workbook before the 14-day period from your purchase expires.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once we receive and approve your request.
