Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the online course Mental Health Safe-Parenting: Teens ("Course") provided by LearnMind ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in or accessing this Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not enroll or participate in the Course.
2. Not Medical or Psychological Advice
The Course is designed for educational purposes only. It is not intended to, nor give the customer the ability to, diagnose, treat or cure any mental health condition. The information presented does not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice and should not be treated as a substitute for consulting with qualified mental health professionals.
If you or your child is experiencing a mental health crisis, you should seek immediate help from a GP, a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services - if necessary.
3. No Guarantees or Outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or changes in behaviour or mental health as a result of participating in the Course. Each family and individual is unique, and results may vary. Your use of the information provided is at your own discretion and risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any and all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from:
- Your participation in the Course;
- The application or misapplication of the skills, tools, or techniques discussed;
- Any decisions you make based on the Course content.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your parenting decisions and how you choose to support your child.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LearnMind, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, contractors, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your participation in the Course;
- Your use of any materials provided;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Any consequences resulting from your application of the Course content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, audio, written materials, worksheets, and branding, is the intellectual property of LearnMind and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without express written permission.
7. No Professional-Client Relationship
Participation in the Course does not create a professional-client, therapist-patient, or doctor-patient relationship between you and LearnMind or its affiliates.
8. Age Requirement
The Course is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
9. Life-Time Access Disclaimer
Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser. While we intend to support and maintain this offering for as long as possible, we reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service in the future due to business, technical, or legal considerations. In the event that the product or service is retired, we will provide advance notice when possible and may offer reasonable alternatives at our discretion. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
10. Refunds and Cancellation Policy
10a. No Refunds Once Access is Granted
By purchasing our online courses, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to the course content and waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
10b. When Refunds May Be Considered
We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted, except in the following situations:
- If you have not accessed any course materials and request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- If the course is faulty or does not work as described, in which case we will provide a replacement or refund as required by law.
- If you qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 10c).
10c. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. That’s why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- You have fulfilled all criteria set out in the below “how to request a refund under this guarantee” section within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund Under This Guarantee:
- Email us at hello@learnmind.co.uk with the subject line: "Refund Request".
- We will send you a Refund Request Form within 24 hours of your email to complete.
- You must return the course workbook to “LearnMind, Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FA ” and remember to take a picture of your proof of postage receipt.
- You must return the fully completed form alongside proof of return receipt of the course workbook before the 14-day period expires.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once we receive and approve your request.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Course platform or via email. Continued use of the Course after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
